POLICIES

 LATE/EARLY APPOINTMENTS

For late appointments, if 5 minutes late, a fee of $10 will be added to the total service price. After 15 minutes, you will be required to re-book another appointment. For early appts before business hours, a $10 fee will be added to the total service price. Also for Sundays appts, a $10 fee will be added to the total service price.

TRAVEL  APPOINTMENTS

Only In-Home Travel appointments are available Monday- Friday, and Sunday. For Saturday travel requests, travel appointments are ONLY available for groups of 2 or more and bridal parties. For additional travel questions, please contact me by the email or number below. 

HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS

Holiday weeks/weekends incur an additional $15 service fee. 

DEPOSIT

Half deposit is required prior to secure booking. No exceptions. All deposits may be accepted Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, or CashApp. An invoice will be emailed to secure the booking. 24 hours will be given to respond to avoid cancellation. The remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment. 

TRAVEL FEE

A travel fee depends on location. For travel fee prices,  please contact me by the email or number below. 

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

Rates remain the same as listed for bridal services, with the exception of all travel, lodging, and food expenses. These expenses are required to be covered by the client, along with a $100 per day on-location fee. 

CANCELLATION 

 Appointment Cancellation Policy- All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. The deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable. A new appointment will need to be scheduled. To reschedule an appointment, please contact us for the next available booking.  

  No Show Policy- Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full. 

Bridal Cancellation Policy-  Bridal Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the reserved date or signed party will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given contract. Bridal deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable. 

                                            

BRIDAL CONTRACT

When booking for a bridal package, a contract is required to be signed. A deposit is required to secure your desired date. The remaining balance is expected the day of the wedding. NO EXCEPTIONS.
